The reason analysis and solution of the inaccuracy of filling quantity and non-discharging of filling machine

1. After the machine is unpacked, check whether the random technical data are complete and whether the machine is damaged during transportation for a timely solution.

2. Install and adjust the feeding component and discharging component according to the appearance diagram in this manual.

3. Add new lubricating oil to each lubrication point.

4. Rotate the machine with a handle to check whether the filling machine is running in the right direction (counterclockwise direction facing the motor spindle). The machine must be protected and grounded.

1, the speed throttle valve and filling interval throttle valve are not closed, the throttle valve can not be closed.

2. Is there any foreign matter in the quick-loading three-way control valve? If so, please sort it out. Is there any air in the hose of the quick-loading three-way control valve and filling head?

3. Check whether the sealing ring is damaged. If so, replace it with a new one.

4. Filling nozzle spool of the filling machine whether there is a jam appearance or delayed opening, if there is jam, the spool should be installed in a good position from the beginning. Such as delayed opening and, the need to adjust the thin cylinder throttle valve.

5. Tighten the elastic force of the screw spring up and down in the three-way control valve. If the elastic force is too large, the check valve will not open.

6. If the filling speed is too fast, adjust the throttle valve to reduce the filling speed.

7, all the hoops, and leather pipe buckle can be sealed, if there is to be corrected.

8, the magnetic switch is not loose, each time after adjusting a good amount of lock.
